The Wormfood.in User Content Reward Program ("Program") is offered by Wormfood.in ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By participating in this Program, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Overview

The Program rewards eligible customers who voluntarily create and publish original video content featuring Wormfood.in products on supported social media platforms.

Rewards are issued in the form of Wormfood.in Store Credit upon achieving specified view milestones and satisfying all eligibility requirements.

Participation is voluntary and no purchase of additional products is required beyond the product featured in the submitted content.

2. Eligibility

Participants must:

Be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Have legally purchased or received a genuine Wormfood.in product.
Own the social media account used for submission.
Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Wormfood.in may be excluded from participation.

3. Eligible Platforms

Eligible content may be posted on:

Instagram Reels
Facebook Reels
YouTube Shorts

Additional platforms may be accepted at Wormfood.in's sole discretion.

4. Content Requirements

Submitted content must:

Feature a genuine Wormfood.in product.
Be created by the participant.
Be publicly accessible at the time of submission and verification.
Remain publicly accessible for at least 30 days following submission.
Comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

Participants are encouraged to provide honest opinions and experiences.

Participants must not make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, medical, scientific, environmental, or performance claims regarding Wormfood.in products.

5. Disclosure Requirement

Participants must clearly disclose that they are participating in the Wormfood.in User Content Reward Program.

Acceptable disclosures include:

Tag @wormfood.in (Instagram/Facebook) or wormfoodin (Youtube)

Failure to provide appropriate disclosure may result in disqualification.

6. Reward Structure

Eligible participants may receive the following Wormfood.in Store Credit:

1,000+	₹150
5,000+	₹400
10,000+	₹800
50,000+	₹1,500

Only the highest qualifying tier will be awarded for a single video submission.

Rewards are not cumulative.

Example:
A video achieving 50,000 views will receive ₹1,500 Store Credit only.

7. View Verification

Wormfood.in reserves the right to verify all view counts.

Views must be:

Publicly visible.
Generated through legitimate user engagement.
Compliant with platform rules.

The following may result in disqualification:

Purchased views.
Artificial engagement.
Bot traffic.
Engagement exchange schemes.
Any form of manipulation.

Wormfood.in's determination regarding view authenticity shall be final.

8. Submission Process

Participants must provide:

Order number
Social media profile link
Video URL
Screenshot of current view count

Submissions must be made within 90 days of publication. Forward the above to ‘Support@wormfood.in’

9. Store Credit Terms

Store Credit:

Has no cash value.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Is non-transferable.
May only be used on Wormfood.in.
May be subject to expiration as specified at issuance.

Unused credit may expire after 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property License

Participants retain ownership of their content.

By submitting content to the Program, participants grant Wormfood.in a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Repost
Display
Promote
Advertise

the submitted content across digital, social, advertising, and marketing channels.

Participants represent that they own or have permission to use all content appearing in the submission.

11. Prohibited Content

Content may not include:

Defamatory statements.
Hate speech.
Illegal activity.
Harassment.
Copyright infringement.
False claims.
Misleading statements.
Content that could reasonably damage the reputation of Wormfood.in or third parties.
