2. How to Initiate a Return
The only way to initiate a return is by sending us an email. Here's how the process works:

Step 3: Refund Initiated
Based on the feedback collected, our team will review your case and, if approved, initiate the refund process. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been triggered.
3. Refund Process
Once we have collected your feedback and your return has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated as follows:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
4. Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please inform our Customer Support representative during the feedback call. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
